Vince McMahon has been making headlines lately ever since it was reported that the WWE Board of Directors is investigating allegations of misconduct linked to McMahon and John Laurinaitis. Vince stepped down as Chairman and CEO of WWE recently, and since then he’s been making brief appearances on WWE programming.
Last week Vince appeared on Monday Night Raw and hyped up John Cena’s return. This week he appeared on Raw once again and made his way down to the ring.
Vince simply grabbed the mic and said that it’s an honor and a privilege to introduce John Cena, and then Cena made his entrance to a big ovation from the crowd while Vince left. Vince also appeared in a pre-taped video message praising Cena earlier in the show.
It seems that Vince McMahon is set on having a somewhat consistent presence on WWE programming. Stay tuned for more updates on Raw as they become available.
