Vince McMahon has been in the wrestling business for a very long time which means he’s seen his fair share of bad matches.
McMahon has been the driving force behind WrestleMania since it began, but one specific WrestleMania match solidified its place as the worst match he’s ever witnessed.
At WrestleMania 27 Michael Cole faced off against Jerry Lawler, and Cole recently revealed on the After The Bell podcast that Vince wasn’t happy with the match at all.
“I got carried out of there a bloody mess. As I go to the back, I walked to the back, and I’m like, ‘Man, I thought that went pretty good.’ I go to the back and I look at Vince, and Vince looks at me and he goes, ‘That is the worst thing I have ever witnessed in sixty years.’ So, that was my WrestleMania match, but the check cleared and I’m still undefeated!”
It’s probably safe to say that Michale Cole vs. Jerry Lawler probably won’t be topping any best of lists in regards to WrestleMania matches.
