WWE has gone through some major changes over the last few years and in 2020 WWE along with the rest of the world had to make some big adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many companies started letting employees work from home, but it seems that the work from home policy is coming to an end for people who work for WWE.
It was recently reported that Nick Khan sent out a company email stating that starting May 1 employees who work for WWE will be required to return to the office five days a week. Now the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the policy shocked some people in WWE and it’s believed to have come from Vince McMahon.
“This shocked employees who had been working from home because it was such short notice. Employees figured that was from Vince McMahon because he is the person back in charge.”
Vince McMahon returned to WWE back in January to pursue a sale of the company and it was revealed earlier this month that WWE will be acquired by Endeavor. It’s also been reported that Vince McMahon has been making creative changes including changes to this week’s episode of Raw and you can get more on that here.
