For some time now WWE has been hyping up the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event and the company booked several big matches for the show. The even gave fans plenty to talk about and it seems that the show was a ratings success.
Variety reports that Saturday Night’s Main Event managed to draw 2.3 million viewers. According to the report 1.59 million viewers tuned in to watch the show on NBC while 700,000 viewers watched the show on Peacock. It was also noted that the last Saturday Night’s Main Event which aired on NBC in 2008 drew 2.4 million viewers.
Saturday Night’s Main Event will return next month as the next quarterly special is set to air live from San Antonio, TX on Saturday, January 25th.
