Viewership Drops For SmackDown’s Second Week On FOX

For months now FOX and WWE have been hyping up SmackDown’s move to Friday nights on FOX and last week the show finally joined the network.

WWE put on a big show last week that featured the debut of Cain Velasquez who is now set to face Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel on October 31.

Last week’s show managed to pull in an audience of 3.888 million viewers, but viewership was down this week.

According to ShowBuzzDaily, this week’s episode of SmackDown, which featured the first night of the WWE Draft, drew 2.899 million viewers.

On a related note this week’s episode of Raw drew 2.334 million viewers.

The WWE Draft will continue on Raw next week.
