On Saturday night the annual SummerSlam pay-per-view aired live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, and Roman Reigns celebrated after he successfully defended his Universal Championship against John Cena in the main event.
However, Roman’s celebration was cut short as Brock Lesnar made his surprise return then confronted Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman in the ring before Reigns and Heyman retreated.
Brock Lesnar got a huge reaction from the fans in Las Vegas when he returned, and with Roman Reigns being positioned as a heel since he returned last year there’s been speculation that The Beast could be working as a babyface moving forward.
Some video footage of Brock Lesnar smiling and interacting with fans as he made his way to the back has surfaced online, and it has seemingly only fueled the speculation regarding a face turn for Lesnar.

It was recently reported that original plans called for Brock Lesnar to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania in 2023, but now it looks like WWE could be moving the match up to Crown Jewel or the Survivor Series pay-per-view later this year.
