Paul Heyman cut a promo before tonight’s WWE SmackDown taping in Philadelphia, which you can watch above. He talked about the 15th anniversary of SmackDown being held in Philly, and said that although he doesn’t live in the past, if he did he would tell you that he was the greatest General Manager of SmackDown and the best era of the series was when it was known as “Paul Heyman’s SmackDown.”
