There was a story going around last week that mentioned TNA’s production crew had threatened to walk out of the recent Impact tapings due to the fact that they weren’t getting paid. The issue was quickly resolved and checks were cut for everyone in the crew.
Apparently this isn’t the first time something like this has happened as a similar situation took place in 2013. The belief is that Janice Carter only allows the company to spend a certain amount of money in order to finance losing periods. People apparently started missing out on pay because TNA was taping so far ahead that they didn’t have to money to cover that pay period.
Before the last pay period people in the production crew hadn’t been paid since March which is what caused them to threaten to walk out.
