The legal troubles for Tammy “Sunny” Sytch haven’t slowed down as she recently appeared in a Easton Pennsylvania courthouse to plea for several charges. Tammy Sytch has been incarcerated since September 23rd of last year. She was formally arraigned on January 12th where she plead not guilty to a number of charges including receiving stolen property and driving without a license.
PWInsider reports that charges also include driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, and displaying plate card in improper vehicle (which means that the license plates she was using didn’t belong to her car). She is also charged with driving without evidence of emission inspection which is required by Pennsylvania state law.
Her new criminal trial is set to being on February 27th at the Northampton County Court.
Sunny is no stranger to legal problems. In 2012 Sytch was arrested five times in a four-week span, for disorderly conduct, third degree burglary, and three counts of violating a protective order. She was arrested numerous times in September last year and charged with alcohol related offenses which violated the conditions of her probation.
Sunny has had her troubles over the years, but there have also been plenty of opportunities for her to get clean, as WWE paid for several months of her stint at a $40,000 a month rehab facility in June 2016.
Sytch was transported to Carbon County, Pennsylvania where she is supposed to have a hearing on February 17th concerning her probation being revoked. However, this hearing could possibly be pushed back even more due to the fact that the courts might want to see how her criminal trial ends up playing out.
