Update On Who The Shield Could Be Facing At TLC

In just a few weeks the stars of the Monday Night Raw brand will face off at the annual TLC pay-per-view, and it looks like fans are in store for a huge reunion. For years now fans have been waiting for The Shield to reunite, and it’s been rumored that the trio will be getting back together for a match at the event.

Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins recently reunited, and they managed to capture the Raw Tag Team Titles when they defeated Sheamus and Cesaro at SummerSlam. Last week on Raw, Roman Reigns ended up getting beat down by The Miztourage, and after the beating The Miztourage did The Shield fist bump, but no one came to save Roman.

With rumors of a Shield reunion circulating, fans were left to wonder if The Miztourage are being set up for a match with the infamous trio at TLC, but it appears that’s not the case.

It was recently reported that The Shield’s opponents are not set in stone, and may not be The Miztourage.

Dave Meltzer recently noted on Live Audio Wrestling that Braun Strowman could be one of the opponents who faces off against The Shield. With only a few weeks to go until the pay-per-view it’s likely that the pieces will start falling into place on Raw this week.

It’s also worth noting that The Club recently teased on social media that they’ll be going after Ambrose and Rollins and their Raw Tag Team Titles.
