As always things can change but it’s looking like WWE isn’t looking to bring back the former World Champion Rey Mysterio once his hand injury finally heals.
It’s worth noting that WWE is focused on doing everything in their power to prevent Mysterio from doing anything else with AAA.
As we noted earlier, Mysterio was aired after a AAA event in a pre-recorded video. Rey applauded AAA in the video for making it to 22 years of success and also stated they would see him soon. A message then came up at the end of the video with a #FreeRey text.
