UPDATE: According to F4WOnline.com, Paige has been pulled from this week’s WWE live events.
Paige recently made her return to WWE programming, and she made a big impact when Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville debuted alongside her. Paige, Deville and Rose have been working together as Absolution, and they’ve been dominating the women’s division on Monday Night Raw.
Fans seem happy to have Paige back, but unfortunately the former WWE Divas Champion had a bit of a scary moment during the WWE live event in Uniondale, NY on Wednesday night.
Paige teamed up with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville to take on Sasha Banks, Mickie James and Bayley in a six person tag team match, but the match had to be stopped after Paige took a bad bump. A stretcher was brought out, but she was able to walk backstage without it.
PWInsider is reporting that the word backstage is that she suffered a stinger when she was kicked from behind by Sasha Banks. She apparently wasn’t ready for the move when it happened.
There’s speculation that WWE officials may pull her from live events this weekend due to her history with neck issues, but it’s worth noting that several fans spotted Paige at the hotel after the show, so she wasn’t hospitalized.
Stay tuned for more updates on her condition.
