Rey Mysterio is considered by many to be a living legend in the world of professional wrestling, and his son Dominick Gutierrez has been training to become a wrestling.
Dominick appeared on TV a few months ago as part of the Rey Mysterio vs. Samoa Joe feud, but ultimately not much came from his involvement in the storyline.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE officials want Mysterio’s son to wrestle and Rey’s currently angle may play a part in this.
Right now the feeling is that he’s not ready for in-ring action, but the hope is that he will be ready by 2020.
