Update On WWE Possibly Selling PPV Rights To ESPN

Vince McMahon had made it very clear that WWE is open for business when it comes to potential deals involving their streaming rights and ESPN is a name that’s been rumored to be interested.

Dave Meltzer recently reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE and ESPN have been in talks, but the two sides are said to be “far apart” when it comes to money.

It’s being reported that Vince McMahon wants a higher number than what UFC received from ESPN.

The number wasn’t provided, but it’s not expected to be a $100+ million dollar deal

It was announced earlier this week that classic WrestleManias will be airing on ESPN on Sunday nights starting tonight with WrestleMania 30.
