It’s been rumored for quite some time now that WWE is planning to introduce Women’s Tag Team Titles, and a few weeks ago Vince McMahon confirmed that the titles will be introduced at some point in 2019.
There have been various rumors in regards to when the belts could debut, but so far WWE has yet to make any sort of official announcement.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there’s been talk of crowning the first WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions at WrestleMania 35, but as of right now that’s not a definite.
