Update On When Paige Is Expected To Return To WWE

Paige has been off WWE screens ever since she was suspended on her birthday back in August last year for violating WWE’s Wellness Policy, something she later repeated when she was handed a 60-day suspension that then led into the WWE star undergoing neck surgery and she’s been out of action for almost a year.

Even though the former WWE Divas Champion has been off WWE TV, this has not been an out of sight, out of mind scenario for the British superstar, much like Summer Rae’s hiatus, since Paige was mixed up in a huge hacking scandal a few weeks ago.

Many of the WWE Universe thought that this would delay the return of “The Anti-Diva” but PWInsider.com is reporting that Paige is still on course to return to WWE in the summer.

Paige herself updated the WWE Universe on Twitter yesterday about her progress when it comes to her recovery from surgery.

It does look set to be a very long road back to in-ring action for the former Divas Champion, and it is currently unclear how WWE will handle her return. It is worth noting that WWE is set to hold a Women’s Tournament on the WWE Network in the summer as well, and it could be a great way for WWE to bring the British star back into the fold and allow the WWE Universe to focus on the wrestling skills that made Paige famous and not her personal life.
