A few weeks ago WWE made a huge announcement when Paul Heyman was named Executive Director of Monday Night Raw, and Eric Bischoff was named Executive Director of SmackDown Live.
However, Eric Bischoff has yet to step into his new role, and it was recently reported that he had zero impact on this week’s episode of SmackDown.
PWInsider is reporting that Eric Bischoff arrived in Connecticut this week, and he’s set to start his job as SmackDown Live Executive Director tomorrow at WWE HQ in Stamford.
When the announcement was first made it was reported that Eric Bischoff isn’t expected to have an on screen role on SmackDown Live, but WWE has confirmed that he’ll be appearing on the Raw reunion episode on Monday night.
