Shawn Michaels and Triple H teamed up to defeat the Brothers of Destruction in the main event at Crown Jewel, but unfortunately Triple H injured himself in the process.
WWE confirmed he suffered a torn pectoral muscle, and their official announcement noted that he would be heading back to the United States for surgery.
PWInsider is reporting that Triple H is heading directly to Birmingham, Alabama, to get the injury diagnosed.
If needed he will undergo immediate surgery which would likely put him out of action for several months.
At this point it’s not known what future plans are on the table for Triple H, but it’s worth noting that Batista teased a big match with The Game during his appearance on SmackDown 1000.
