Monday’s episode of WWE Raw gave fans plenty to take about, and one of the things fans were talking about following the show was the arrival of The Street Profits on Raw.
However, Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that The Street Profits are still technically part of the NXT roster.
Their appearance on Monday Night Raw this week was not meant to be their official debut, but it’s expected that they will be appearing on Raw at various times in the future.
Meltzer noted that there were a lot of backstage politics involved with their appearance on Raw, but didn’t get into specifics.
It was also speculated that their appearance may have been a “Heyman move” because Paul Heyman wanted fresh faces on the show.
Paul Heyman and Eric Bischoff could be facing an interesting in the future with the two executive directors potentially battling over who gets the top NXT call-ups on their brand.
