The road to WrestleMania has been full of surprises, and The Rock shocked the world when he returned to WWE ahead of WrestleMania and asked Cody Rhodes to be his champion.
The Final Boss gave Cody Rhodes until Elimination Chamber to make his decision, and The American Nightmare ultimately turned down The Rock’s offer. After Cody turned The Rock down, John Cena finally turned heel and beat Cody down. Cena then formed an alliance with The Rock and Travis Scott and the three stars stood tall as Elimination Chamber went off the air.
The Rock has not appeared on WWE programming since the Elimination Chamber premium live event on March 1st, and recently there’s been a lot of talk about whether or not The Final Boss will be appearing at WrestleMania this weekend.
WrestleVotes is reporting that there’s growing speculation within WWE that The Rock will be at WrestleMania 41 this weekend. As of this writing neither WWE nor The Rock have made any official statement’s regarding Rock’s status for the big event.
FWIW: There’s growing speculation that some within WWE are expecting The Rock to show up at WrestleMania this weekend.

Cody Rhodes is currently set to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against John Cena in the night 2 main event, so it will be interesting to see if The Rock makes an appearance during the title match.
