You know business is going to pick up when The Rock returns on the road to WrestleMania, and he inserted himself into the mix when he confronted Cody Rhodes on SmackDown a few weeks ago.
The Final Boss made it clear that he wanted Cody to sell his soul and become his champion, but Cody declined The Rock’s offer at Elimination Chamber. Unfortunately for Cody that turned out to be a bad move as John Cena turned heel then brutally attacked Cody as he aligned himself with The Rock.
John Cena’s heel turn was one of the most talked about wrestling angles in decades and now everyone is waiting to see what comes next. Luckily it sounds like we’ll be seeing The Rock and Cena together sooner than later.
WrestleVotes recently reported on Backstage Pass Q&A that The Rock is set to appear on one of the upcoming WWE Raw episodes alongside John Cena on WWE’s European tour this month. There’s currently no word on which show he will be appearing on, but it will likely be one of the shows that takes place from Brussels, Glasgow, or London.
Currently John Cena is being advertised for all three of the aforementioned Raw shows in Brussels on March 17, Glasgow on March 21, and London on March 31. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
