The annual WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view aired live from Minute Maid Park in Houston on Sunday night, and fans saw quite a few returns throughout the show.
One star who returned was none other than former Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella.
Santino brought back his Santina gimmick and he entered the women’s Royal Rumble match. During the match Santina ended up eliminating himself.
According to PWInsider Santino’s appearance at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view was a one time thing, and there are no plans for him to be at TV this week.
