A few months ago Brian “Road Dogg” James stepped down from his position as one of the lead writers on SmackDown Live, and now he’s working with up and coming talents at the WWE Performance Center.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, James is working full-time and he’s teaching character development.
It was noted that all of the Orlando talent that was assigned to Mike Quackenbush’s classes are now assigned to Road Dogg’s classes.
While talking about his role on the WWE Performance Center combine special he noted that he was never much of a wrestler, and that he was nowhere near the caliber of athlete that they currently have in the system.
However, he got over due to his mic skills, and a few trademark spots, and that’s what he wants to teach talents.
