Monday night Renee Young made history when she became the first woman ever to do commentary for an entire episode of Raw.
Renee received positive reviews from the wrestling community, and some fans are wondering what the future holds for her.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Renee Young impressed WWE officials were her performance at the commentary table, but there are no plans to permanently change her position at this time.
Management was said to be very happy with Young’s work on Raw, and she expressed an interest in returning to the commentary table. Even though there aren’t any immediate plans for her to do commentary work on Raw or SmackDown, it’s being said that Renee will be considered if another opportunity arises.
It’s unclear when we may see Renee Young do commentary on Raw again, but she will be calling the action for this year’s Mae Young Classic along with WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix and Michael Cole.
