Update On Plans For The Revival Following Their WWE Release Request

The Revival have been a very hot topic as of late, because it was reported last week that the former NXT Tag Team Champions requested to be released from their contracts after their match on Raw.

The team is said be unhappy with the direction of the tag team division as a whole, but it looks like things could be changing for the division in the weeks to come.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE management has told the tag teams that they’re going to be receiving a big push, and The Revival were told they will be the face of the division.

The Revival recently applied to trademark FTR so they could use the name Forever The Revival if they left the company, but the last thing WWE wants right now is for wrestlers to leave and join AEW.
