WWE has been shaking things up on the main roster for months now with NXT stars getting called up and former stars returning to the company. It’s been rumored that the next WWE Draft could take place shortly after Clash at the Castle next month, but it looks like plans could be changing.
Fightful Select is reporting that several Raw talent have been unbooked from the SmackDown following Clash at the Castle. Many stars had been told that the next draft was set to take place that week, but if it is then a significant number of crossover talent don’t seem to be involved.
USA Network sources have also told talent that a draft is not happening in the immediate future and stated that it’s more likely to take place after WrestleMania. It’s also being reported that USA Network does not have a date listed for the draft internally.
WWE did not officially announce any dates for the draft and talent have not been given a heads up in regard to anything happening in the weeks to come. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
