On Saturday, Roman Reigns and The Usos teamed up to face Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu at Crown Jewel, and it was Solo who picked up the win for his team when he pinned Roman Reigns.
After the match Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline tried to beat down Roman Reigns and The Usos, but Sami Zayn made the save. Sami and Roman then collided when they both tried to attack Solo at the same time and Sami ended up taking Roman out instead.
It’s been rumored for some time now that we’ll be seeing a Bloodline vs. Bloodline match at Survivor Series this year and WWE certainly seems to be setting the stage for it right now.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that it looks like WWE will be going with a four vs. four match for WarGames instead of five vs. five.
Obviously the original Bloodline will have to get on the same page over the next few weeks. Jimmy Uso was shown arguing with Sami Zayn after he inadvertently took out Roman at Crown Jewel before Jey Uso intervened. So far Roman Reigns has yet to comment on how things played out at Crown Jewel, so it will be interesting to see how the WarGames match comes together as we approach Survivor Series.
