Over the last few months LA Knight’s popularity has seemingly increased with each passing week. Knight has become one of the most talked about stars on the WWE roster and he’s been receiving loud reactions from the fans at WWE events.
We’re currently on the road to WrestleMania and LA Knight does not have a match on the card as of this writing. In recent weeks Knight has openly vented his frustration over the fact that he wants to have a WrestleMania moment this year. WrestleVotes recently shared an update on LA Knight’s status for Mania and it was noted that he will be on the card in some form, but they did not elaborate on what the current plan is for him.

It’s no big secret that WWE has been hoping to get Steve Austin for the show, and it was recently reported that Knight was pitched as an opponent for Austin, but it’s not clear that will be happening.
One way or another LA Knight will be in action next week on Friday Night SmackDown as it was recently announced that he’ll be going one on one with Rey Mysterio. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
