Last week Jeff Hardy was arrested in Moore County, NC for driving while impaired, and PWInsider is reporting that Hardy is set to appear in court on Thursday, November 7 for the DWI charges.
It’s also being reported that his license has been revoked for at least 30 days pending the hearing.
As we previously reported WWE issued the following statement in response to the arrest:
“Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions.”
This isn’t the first time Jeff has had problems with the law this year as the former WWE Champion was also arrested for public intoxication back in July.
Hardy has been out of action since April due to a knee injury.
