It’s no big secret that Jeff Hardy has dealt with his fair share of legal issues, and back in October of 2019 he was arrested and charged with DWI.
Jeff’s first court date for the arrest was on November 7 of last year, but Hardy will be returning to court in a few months.
According to PWInsider, Jeff’s next court date for the DWI arrest is currently scheduled for Monday, April 6, which is the day after WrestleMania 36.
Jeff Hardy underwent knee surgery back in May of 2019, and he’s been out of action since then. He’s been arrested twice during his time away from WWE.
Originally it was reported that the former WWE Champion was expected to be out of action for 6 to 9 months, but there’s currently no word on when he will be cleared to compete again.
It was reported recently that WWE has been pushing Jeff to address his personal issues, and that he’s been working hard to do so.
