If 2025 has proven anything it’s that you never know who might return to WWE. Fans have seen several big returns this year including the return of Nikki Bella who has been making appearances on WWE programming since January. Ever since Nikki returned at the Royal Rumble there’s been a lot of speculation regarding a return for Brie Bella, but so far it hasn’t happened yet.
Bryan Danielson addressed Brie Bella’s status during his recent appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet and he explained that Brie doesn’t want to return to singles competition.
“Yeah, only in certain contexts. She doesn’t want to come back and do a singles run or anything like that. If she comes back, she would want to do it with Nicole. But I think there’s something in her too, and I can appreciate this, because our kids see her as just a mom, just a mom, as if that isn’t the hardest job in the world. Part of her, I think, has a desire to have the kids see her in that light too.”
Last month Brie Bella teased a potential return on the Nikki & Brie Show when she said, “But also, I think there is definitely one last run in me. I’m at the age where I’m strong — I think it’s because I’m working out so hard. But I’m like, there’s for sure a last run in me. Whenever it may take me, wherever it may be, I hope it is with you. Wherever that is at, who knows. Whether it’s for one night or two hundred nights, we’ll see.”
