Injuries can often halt a WWE Superstar’s momentum, and there’s obviously never a good time for a wrestler to be injured. Xavier Woods recently suffered an Achilles injury, and it’s projected that he could be out for up to a year.
Meanwhile, a former WWE Champion is eyeing a potential return to the ring sometime in the next few months.
FanBuzz recently reached out to Jinder Mahal, and when the Modern Day Maharaja was asked about his return he had the following to say: “not until the new year at earliest.”
Mahal last wrestled Ali at a live event back in June. He’s been out of action since then recovering from a knee injury, and he underwent surgery that same month.
It was originally reported that the injury could keep him out of action for six to twelve months.
