Update On Daniel Bryan’s Status For The WWE European Tour, Punishment Martinez On NXT Debut

Daniel Bryan was originally set to challenge AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at Crown Jewel, but after Bryan informed WWE officials he wouldn’t be traveling to Saudi Arabia for the event, the title match was moved up to SmackDown Live on Tuesday.

Bryan lost the match, and in the end Samoa Joe replaced him in Saudi Arabia.

However, it’s back to business as usual for Daniel Bryan, as PWInsider is reporting that the former World Champion flew to Europe and he’s set to join the rest of the WWE crew today for the European tour.

Former ROH star Punishment Martinez made his NXT debut Friday night at the live event in Fort Pierce, and after his match he sent a warning to the NXT roster.

He said his debut went exactly as it should, and that the entire roster needs to prepare for punishment.
