The WWE Raw premiere on Netflix was one of the biggest shows of the year and there was a lot of anticipation heading into the event. A number of returns were rumored for the show and there was a lot of speculation regarding a potential appearance from Becky Lynch.
Fightful Select reports that WWE talent expected to see Becky Lynch on the Raw premiere, but she wasn’t featured on the show, nor was she at the arena. It’s being reported that Becky wasn’t planned for the Raw debut on Netflix, and that her appearance wasn’t cut.
The Man’s contract with WWE expired in 2024, but it has since been confirmed that she agreed to a new deal. At recent Netflix events Becky Lynch had told people that she was just there supporting. However, the belief is that she was always expected to return, and that both sides expect to do business.
Regarding Becky’s future with WWE, it’s being said that WrestleMania plans for Lynch, and plans for her return had not been solidified. People who spoke on her status did expect her to be factored in.
