AJ Styles returned to WWE a few weeks ago, but when he returned to TV he wasn’t the same as when he left. The Phenomenal One returned with a bit of a darker attitude and an obvious chip on his shoulder.
After AJ Styles returned The OC caught up with him backstage and Karl Anderson asked AJ Styles if they were good. Styles responded by asking, “I don’t know, are we?” The Phenomenal One then proceeded to walk away which has left his status with The OC in doubt.
Michin recently addressed AJ’s status with The OC during an appearance on The Bump, and she indicated that she thinks this is just a phase AJ is going through that will lead to the group coming back stronger than ever.
“I know AJ is going through some evil ways. He’s going through his evil phase, but families go through up and down, but at the end of the day, we’re family, and I know we’re gonna get through this, and I just hope that, at the end of it, we all become stronger and more in sync with each other. It’s a roller coaster, we’re going through our lows right now, but I know we’ll be coming back stronger together.”
One way or another AJ Styles is focused on the title picture right now and he will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship later this month when he faces Roman Reigns, LA Knight and Randy Orton in a fatal four way at the Royal Rumble.
