Former Power Rangers star and MMA fighter Jason David Frank noted on Facebook a few days ago that he wants to fight CM Punk for the World Series of Fighting promotion. WSOF matchmaker and Executive Vice President Ali Abded-Aziz confirmed to Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com that Frank’s manager contacted them about the match and said they would be interested in promoting it. He also said they were interested in having Punk fight if he’d like to. The Bellator MMA promotion has also expressed interest in Punk fighting for them.
At this point basically the ball is in CM Punk’s court. As of this writing CM Punk still has yet to make any comments publicly regarding his departure from WWE.
