Clash at the Castle is almost here and the card for the big event has been coming together in recent weeks. Cody Rhodes successfully defended his Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles at Backlash last month, and following last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown there was a lot of speculation regarding a potential Rhodes vs. Styles rematch.

This week on Friday Night SmackDown it was indeed confirmed that Cody Rhodes will be defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles once again at Clash at the Castle.

During the show AJ Styles taunted Cody Rhodes backstage, but they were separated by WWE officials. Cody then made his way down to the ring and called out The Phenomenal One.

Styles made his way out into the arena with Gallows and Anderson then told Cody to give him what he wants. The Phenomenal One said he wants a WWE Championship match at Clash at the Castle. Cody told AJ that if he wants a shot he’s got it, but he doesn’t want to compete in a regular match, he wants to make him say “I quit.” Nick Aldis gave the thumbs up to confirm the I Quit match for Clash at the Castle.

Cody Rhodes tried to go after AJ Styles, but security got in the way. Styles took advantage and attacked Rhodes while he was being held back by security.

Clash at the Castle will air live from Scotland on Saturday, June 15th and the current card can be seen below.
