This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown kicked off with Bray Wyatt, and the former Universal Champion made his way down to the ring to cut a promo. Wyatt said that he was sorry for attacking the cameraman and applying the Mandible Claw during his last appearance on SmackDown. He said the cameraman didn’t deserve it, but he was interrupted by LA Knight.
LA Knight mocked Bray Wyatt for apologizing and he taunted Bray for taking his frustrations out on the cameraman before accusing him of hiring someone to come out in the Uncle Howdy outfit. Knight said Wyatt used to be a force as the fans chanted, “You suck!” LA Knight said Bray Wyatt is a fraud and he challenged him to a match at the Royal Rumble.
Bray Wyatt accepted the challenge then the lights went out and Uncle Howdy appeared. Uncle Howdy made his way to the ring and he hit Bray Wyatt with Sister Abigail and Uncle Howdy left as LA Knight looked confused and questioned why none of this makes sense.
