There was a period of time where it seemed like we would never see Jake “The Snake” Roberts in a WWE ring again. But that all changed on January 6, 2016. Monday Night Raw went “Old School” for this particular episode and Jake Roberts made a surprise appearance at the end of the show.
The Shield were attacking CM Punk when Jake’s music hit and the group looked down the aisle, stunned as Jake made his entrance. The New Age Outlaws and CM Punk then turned the tables on The Shield and threw Roman Reigns along with Seth Rollins out of the ring. Punk then hit the GTS on Dean Ambrose and Jake opened his bag. Jake then placed Damien on Dean Ambrose, who looked thrilled about the whole thing while trying to keep a straight face.
Jake has had his issues over the years. But this was a great and inspirational moment. You can relive it all in the clip above.
