The NXT brand has gone through some major changes so far in 2021, as it’s been relaunched as NXT 2.0 and the company seems to be focusing on different stars while others get released.
Two names that have been at the forefront of NXT over the last few years are Johnny Gargano and Kyle O’Reilly, but it sounds like their days in NXT could be numbered as the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that both of their contracts are expiring shortly.
It’s worth noting that Johnny Gargano recently removed all references to NXT from his Twitter bio and changed it to the following: “Pro Wrestler, Clevelander. – Be Yourself & Outwork.”
Gargano also seemingly teased that he’ll be moving on when he posted a photo of his belt collection.

At this point in time it’s not clear if WWE will be trying to sign Gargano and O’Reilly to new deals, but it’s believed that both of their contracts will expire in December. Stay tuned for updates.
