Ring of Honor announced through ROHWrestling.com that at Best in the World, ROH World TV Champion Jay Lethal will defend the title against the longest reigning TV Champion in ROH history, Matt Taven at Best in the World. Taven, whose former manager Truth Martini now manages Jay Lethal, will be handcuffed at ringside.
