Triple H’s Reaction To CM Punk Being Backstage At Raw Revealed

It’s already been a big week for WWE as Triple H unveiled the new WWE World Heavyweight Championship belt on Monday night during Raw, and CM Punk was also reportedly backstage ahead of the show.

According to Fightful Select, CM Punk crossed paths with several wrestlers and was seen speaking with The Miz, Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Tamina while he was visiting Raw.

It’s also being reported that CM Punk was looking to have a short talk with Triple and the two spoke briefly. It’s being said that Triple H was clearly surprised CM Punk was there.

Punk and Triple H shook hands and when Punk asked if it was ok for him to hang around Triple H told him he had to check to see if that was permitted. At the request of Vince McMahon, CM Punk was then asked to leave by WWE’s head of security.

People who spoke on the situation noted that CM Punk left without incident.
