Triple H And Stephanie McMahon Comment On Rich Swann’s Status With WWE

Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann was suspended from WWE a few weeks ago after he was arrested following an altercation with his wife. Swann has been suspended indefinitely, and he will not be eligible to return to WWE until his legal situation is squared away, and there’s a chance that he may not be returning at all.

Wrestling Inc reports that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon recently spoke during a panel at the Television Critics Association Winter Tour, and they were asked about Swann’s status.

When asked about Swann, Triple H said, “We are just waiting on legal. We have a zero tolerance policy on that, as you’ve seen, so he’s suspended until it is determined legally one way or the other.”

Stephanie McMahon then added the following:

“And if he’s convicted, he will be released.”

To which Triple H replied, “Immediately.”

Rich Swann was featured prominently as one of the top stars in the cruiserweight division when it was first resurrected, and he was originally set to fight in a number one contenders match on Raw prior to his arrest.

At this point it remains to be seen if Rich Swann will ever be stepping foot inside a WWE ring again, but stay tuned for more updates on his status.
