Saturday night the stars of NXT showed the world what they can do when NXT Takeover: San Antonio aired live on the WWE Network. But the NXT stars weren’t the only stars who appeared on the show, as former WWE Champion Seth Rollins hijacked the event and called out Triple H.
Rollins got what he wanted, Triple H made his way out into the arena, but instead of getting in the ring to fight Rollins, Triple H had security do his dirty work for him.
After NXT Takeover: San Antonio ended, Triple H did a special interview where he talked about the event. When asked about Seth Rollins, Triple H said that Seth confronted “the creator” on Saturday, and he’ll find out that there’s a difference between “the creator” and “the destroyer.”
Triple H followed up by saying that Seth Rollins needs to be careful what he wishes for.
After Seth Rollins was escorted out of the arena by security, the cameras kept on rolling and they captured footage of Rollins wrestling the guards backstage. You can check out the clip below.
As of this writing Seth Rollins is not scheduled to compete in the Royal Rumble match this year after losing his spot to Sami Zayn last week. But it’s rumored that we may see some more interaction between Triple H and Rollins during the pay-per-view.
