Now that Triple H is in charge of creative he’s been bringing back several names who were released from WWE. Fans recently have seen names like Karrion Kross, Hit Row, Dexter Lumis and more return, and it sounds like Triple H is looking to bring more former stars back to the company.
Andrew Zarian recently mentioned on We’re Live Pal that Jonah, formerly known as Bronson Reed in WWE, is a name that’s been discussed over the last few weeks for a possible return.
Jonah first signed with WWE in 2019 and he went on to win the NXT North American Championship during his run with the brand. He last competed on WWE programming in July of 2021 when he lost a match to Adam Cole on NXT. He was later released in August of 2021.
Currently Jonah is scheduled for NJPW’s Burning Spirit tour in September, so if WWE does bring him back it doesn’t look like it will be happening in the immediate future. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
