There are many wrestlers on the current WWE roster who have been working hard throughout WrestleMania season and Dominik Mysterio’s feud with his father Rey Mysterio has been receiving a lot of praise.
It seems that Dominik has been impressing the right people with his work as the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Triple H is very high on Dominik Mysterio, and is making long-term plans for him.
“Everyone has been impressed with Dominik Mysterio and it’s pretty much universally acknowledged that Rey vs. Dominik is the hottest thing in the company aside from the Bloodline stuff. Levesque is very high on Dominik and his future past this angle and there are long-term plans for him as a star.”
This weekend Dominik Mysterio is set to face off against his father Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania 39, but it looks like their feud will likely continue after the Showcase of the Immortals. It’s being reported that there have been various ideas discussed regarding the long-term plan for Rey and Dominik’s feud. When it comes to the feud it’s being said that WWE has the culmination figured out, but how they get there will be filled in later.
WrestleMania 39 will air live from SoFi Stadium on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2. WWE has confirmed that Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio will take place during night 1. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
