Triple H has been on quite the ride since last summer as he was put in charge of WWE creative after Vince McMahon announced his retirement from the company. However, things have changed drastically since Vince McMahon returned to the company back in January as he immediately pursued a sale of WWE.

The day after WrestleMania 39, Vince McMahon announced that WWE would be acquired by Endeavor, and the deal officially closed today. WWE has now merged with UFC to form TKO, and the new ticker was listed on the New York Stock Exchange today.

Triple H stood alongside Dana White, Nick Khan, Vince McMahon, Ari Emanuel this morning as the bell rang at the NYSE and he also commented on the big day when he posted the following on X:

“A historic day. The most exciting time in our industry that I’ve ever been a part of.

…Are you ready? @TKOGrp @ufc”

Triple H has served on the WWE Board of Directors since 2015, but he will not be a member of the TKO Board of Directors. Moving forward Triple H will continue to work in his role as Chief Content Officer for WWE. Stay tuned for updates.
