NXT has been a hot topic in the world of professional wrestling over the last few days and WWE confirmed today that the show will be going live on Wednesday nights on the USA Network where it will air from 8 to 10 PM EST.
The move is set to change Wednesday nights considerably as it will be put the NXT stars under a bigger spotlight as they go head to head with AEW on TNT.
NXT is often thought of as Triple H’s baby, and he commented on the news via Twitter when he posted the following:
“Can’t describe this announcement in any other word than PROUD.
Proud of everyone involved from day one.
Proud you’ve let your voice be heard and carried the banner of this brand.
Proud you’ve loudly & clearly said #WeAreNXT.
And I’m proud to say, we’re just getting started.”
