For the past week everyone’s been talking about the fact that WWE suspended Titus O’Neil for grabbing Vince McMahon’s arm and saying “Ladies first.” Titus was originally suspended for 90 days which seemed like a pretty harsh punishment. His suspension was then reduced to 60 days but according to the New York Post and RingsideNews.com, Titus was almost fired from WWE altogether.
Vince McMahon was said to be so upset over the exchange with Titus O’Neil that he wanted to release Titus from his contract. Luckily for Titus, Triple H and Joey Mercury stood up for him and talked Vince out of it.

Titus O’Neil’s suspension has been a total PR disaster for WWE as many fans are accusing the company of being racist. WWE issued the following statement to the New York Post last week following the accusations:
“The suspension of Titus O’Neil had nothing to do with race and everything to do with unprofessional conduct,”
As for Titus O’Neil, he remains humble and he spent his Valentine’s Day with his sons handing out candy and teddy bears at Palm Garden Healthcare in Florida.
