We’re only a few weeks away from Monday Night Raw’s big debut on Netflix and there’s a lot of hype heading into the show. The move to Netflix comes with a lot of questions as fans have been wondering how long the show will be each week, and if a shift from TV-PG could be in the cards.
During a recent media event at Netflix HQ, Triple H talked about what fans can expect from Raw moving forward and he confirmed that the TV-PG rating is here to stay according to Variety.
“It’s a safe place for families, for kids, for everybody, to be able to view the programming. That will not change.”
Nick Khan also addressed the topic of WWE Raw’s rating on Netflix and he responded to speculation that the company might be looking to make the show edgier when it arrives on the streaming service in January.
“There’s some online chatter about how it’s going to be ‘R’ rated or, for us old folks, ‘X’ rated. That’s definitely not happening. It’s a family friendly, multi-generational, advertiser-friendly programming. It’s going to stay that way.”
